This principle, taught to me by my mom, has guided my leadership journey. It’s simple yet profound:

🤝 Empower others to work toward shared goals.

This week, I challenge you to look around your team, organization, or community. Identify a need, big or small, and take action to fill it. Whether it’s offering a helping hand, solving a recurring issue, or rallying others to make a change, your actions can create meaningful impact.
