Hello, all my friends,

Writing Leader’s Lens has been an amazing experience. Being able to write a leadership-focused newsletter for almost two years has been the honor of a lifetime.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with the amazing team at Workweek to build this community.

Over the last seven months, I’ve been focused on building a local media company in my city, Salem, Oregon, called What’s Happening Salem. Now, it’s time for me to pass Leader’s Lens to its next owner, my good friend Raymond White.

Ray has over five years of experience in leadership development and consulting, and I’m excited for all of you to have the chance to learn from his insights and expertise.
